La nostra ditta nasce nell’importante centro calzaturiero marchigiano e più precisamente nella cittadina di montegranaro nel 1964 ad opera del sig. Marinucci Giuseppe il quale nel creare belle ed importanti calzature uomo di alta qualità, tralasciava la grande e prorompente produzione quantitativa che si sviluppava in quegli anni e si dedicava fin da subito al prodotto artigianale scegliendo le lavorazioni black, black/rapida e goodyear dove risaltano e sono curati i piccoli dettagli ed il trattamento quasi maniacale della rifinizione finale.
Nel 1992 il figlio Marinucci Cesare avendo conseguito il diploma di stilista della calzatura entra in azienda proseguendo il lavoro di artigiano di suo padre apportando un alito di freschezza e di rinnovamento da quì il nome di calz. Nuova Carpais ed il marchio “CESARE MARINUCCI” aggiungendo alla linea uomo anche la linea donna con modelli stringati, college, e stivaleria il tutto prodotto nelle stesse lavorazioni e rifinizioni che il padre gli ha insegnato.
Fasi di lavorazione
Taglio e orlatura
dopo aver tagliato le pelli a seconda del modello i risultanti pezzi vengono lavorati e giuntati presentando così cuciture o bucature ornamentali,creando in tal modo la tomaia.
Montaggio e lavorazione
la tomaia opportunamente rinforzata in punta e tallone va ad avvolgere la forma e si lascia riposare un giorno perchè prenda la linea voluta. Incollando poi con cuciture artigianali le rispettive suole in morbido e pregiato cuoio si procede alla rifinizione del fondo.
Fase finale
Dopo aver lasciato un’altra notte le scarpe a riposare si passa alla fase finale dove cere, pomate, e spazzole sono componemti fondamentali per gli invecchiamenti,lucidatura e personalizzazione del prodotto cioè , il tocco finale.
Our company was founded in 1964 in the famous footwear district of Le Marche and, more precisely, in the town of Montegranaro, by Mr. Giuseppe Marinucci, who was well-known for creating beautiful and valuable high-quality men’s shoes.
After many years of working for large companies, Mr. Marinucci decided to leave the irrepressible mass production and to devote himself to the handcraft manufacturing process he was so very fond of. He was a man who believed in craftsmanship and paying attention to the smallest detail, therefore he was renowned for using the processes known as “black”, “black/rapid” and “Goodyear”.
In 1992 his son Cesare, after having graduated from the local footwear design school, joined the company to continue his father’s legacy. He brought new ideas and fresh energy to the 28 year old company by adding new styles to the men’s collection as well as to the women’s collection. He introduced styles with lacing patterns, college shoes and boots, all produced with the very same craftsmanship like his father had taught him. This is how the name “Nuova Carpais” shoe-manufacture and the brand “CESARE MARINUCCI” came to light.
Manufacturing Stages
Cutting and Hemming:
After having cut the leather, depending on the model, the resulting pieces are hand-woven and attached together, thereby presenting ornamental seams or small perforations, thus creating the shoe upper.
Assembling:
The upper, suitably reinforced on the toe and the heel, is wrapped around the shoe form, where it stands for an entire day, until it arrives at the desired shape. After having fastened the stitched craft to the soles, made of soft and precious leather, the bottom can be refined.
Final Stage:
After allowing the shoe to stand for another night, it can be brought to the final stage, where waxes, pomades and brushes are foundational components for aging, polishing and customization, which is the very final touch.
